The level of response to questions by Claude AI seems to rival that of the ChatGPT model. However, due to Claude's extremely strict requirements for account registration, login, and usage, many users are immediately banned upon registering for Claude or are banned right after logging in or using it.
After testing, the following is a simple tutorial shared by a user on how to log in to Claude and use the Claude 3 Sonnet model using the sessionKey.

Install the plugin Cookie-Editor (chrome.google.com)

Go to Claude.ai, click on the plugin, then select the “This site” option, and then choose Add. Fill in the SessionKey and its value: as shown in the image:
Name should be fixed as sessionKey, and the Value should be the string starting with sk-ant-sid, then click Add to add it.

The validity period of the sessionKey is unknown, but it may last for a long time.
4. Select https://claude.ai/chats to have normal conversations.
The above steps have been tested and are real and effective. When selecting the sessionKey, if one does not work, choose another. I randomly selected one and was able to log in; I have not tested other sessionKeys.
If possible, it is recommended to register for a Claude account yourself and consider using the sessionKey to log in to reduce the possibility of being banned.
